Calibration for human performance. Continuously.
Opti-U builds a model of each athlete from wearable and self-reported data. It tests which changes improve that athlete's sleep, recovery and energy, then adjusts the plan as the results come in.

About
A model of each athlete, kept up to date.
Opti-U fits a statistical model to each athlete's sleep, recovery, training load and daily habits. It checks whether a change caused an improvement or just happened at the same time, and uses that to forecast where the athlete's current routine is heading.
The course
Adaptive mindset and coaching psychology courses tailored to each athlete.
The course is based on behaviour-change research and builds mindset alongside habits. Each week's plan is rewritten from the previous week's data, so one athlete's week six will look different from anyone else's.

The system
Digital Twin
A statistical model built from each athlete's wearable and self-reported data. It shows their current state, how it has changed recently, and a short-range forecast.
Experiments
Each week can test one change, such as an earlier bedtime, against the athlete's own baseline.
Adaptive coaching
When a habit stops helping or an athlete's schedule shifts, the plan is adjusted to match.
The loop
Each week's results feed into the next week's plan, so the recommendations become more specific to each athlete over time.
