About Opti-U Ltd
This website is run by Opti-U Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16690406, at Sparkhouse, Rope Walk, Lincoln, LN6 7DQ. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Opti-U Ltd.
You can contact us at info@opti-u.com.
Using this website
The site is free to use and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from interruption.
The waitlist
- Joining the waitlist is free and registers your interest in Opti-U. It does not create a contract to supply the app or any service.
- Access opens in cohorts. A place on the list does not guarantee an invitation, and we decide who is invited to each cohort and when.
- You must be 18 or over to join, and each person may join once, with their own email address.
- We may remove an entry that was created automatically, that uses someone else's email address, or that otherwise breaks these terms.
- You can leave at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Unsubscribing deletes your entry. How we handle waitlist data is set out in the privacy notice.

Reporting a security issue
If you find a security vulnerability, email info@opti-u.com with the details and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
